3 Tips On How to Consciously Reach Your Goals
Tip 1: Don‘t Judge!

How many times have you referred to your goals as “dreams” or even “miracles”? This is the problem with judging - as soon as you put judgement onto your objectives, it becomes just that - so if you say “it would be a miracle if I lost all that weight and had six pack abs” - then yes, it would be a miracle!
Another example: people wanting to reach financial freedom - when they see a $1000 watch, their first reaction is”Oh my god, that is too expensive, I can never afford that!” - your judgement on money is what is stopping you from reaching your financial goals - the next time you see a $3000 purse or a $10 million house - just let it be - don’t let your mind chatter judge. This takes practice to develop - so go out to your local shopping center and start non-judgement.
Tip 2: Do you really want it? How bad?
Many people have goals they would like to have, but don’t really have enough reasons supporting that goal - so the driving force for reaching that goal is never there! The passion required to pursue that goal is non-existent.
What’s worse, I have seen people make up reasons for NOT pursuing their goals! People saying “I don’t have the time, too busy with work/family” - Why would you not have the time, to pursue something you want in your life? If your busy in the day, then stay up all night - how hungry are you for reaching your goal?
Tony Robbins (Motivational Speaker) says if a person has enough reasons to do something, they will do it no matter what it takes. So, get a plain piece of paper and write one of your goals as the title of the page; then fill the page up with the reasons why you want to reach that goal, don’t stop, keep going until at least the whole page is filled with reasons - writing it down takes this to another dimension, so don’t think of the reasons, write them down!
Tip 3: Feel, Smell, Taste, Listen and SEE your GOALS!

Can you feel, smell, taste, listen and see your goals as if they already have happened?
Sometimes people are unconsciously visualizing the exact opposite of their goals. For example, someone with a goal of a healthy beautiful body keeps looking in the mirror at their overweight body and feeling bad about it - Is this what someone with a healthy body feels like? Of course not!
To reach your goals you have to visualize them to already be true - Using the term “visualize” is not accurate; its more accurate to say feel your goals; the secret to this is practice with the aim of feeling your goals as if you already own them - keyword here is OWN.
When you are about to buy a brand new car - you feel excited and have a “rush” on taking it out for a drive - this is NOT owning.
When you already bought the car, and a few years have passed - you are no longer excited about it - this is when you OWN the car. This is what you are aiming to do when you think of your goals and feel them to be already manifested.
At first, feeling your goals may prove to be challenging - this is why you have tools such as self-hypnosis to accelerate your mind power and focus - the better you can truly feel your goals as already manifested, the faster they will happen; this hypnosis program called “Super Mind” is highly recommended to help you reach a sharp focus - this is the only program offered of its kind, and comes with brain entrainment technology which is used to naturally bring your brain waves to a state of high focus (like that of deep meditation).
I also recommend meditation - the practice of non-thinking; starting from 3-5 minutes a day and building up to 30-100 minutes a day. This increases your mental focus permanently (if practised regularly).
